Resetting your password on the Neutronpay mobile app is easy and secure. 

To reset your password, first make sure you are using the email associated with your Neutronpay account. Then, look for the “Reset Password” link just below the sign in page. 

Click the link and enter your email address you used on the app, and you will be sent a 6 digit code to your email associated with your Neutronpay account. Once you enter the 6 digit code, you will be able to reset your password.
